Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Summit Nepal Adventure. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services, including bookings, tours, treks, and other travel-related services offered by Summit Nepal Adventure Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

• A minimum deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip (unless otherwise agreed).
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: No refund.

Company Cancellation:

• If we cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), clients can choose an alternative trip or receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance

All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance covering personal accident, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation.

4. Health and Fitness Requirements

Clients must be in good physical and mental health to participate in our trips. We reserve the right to decline participation if a client is deemed unfit for the activity.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure travel carries inherent risks. By joining our trips, clients acknowledge these risks and agree that the Company will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the trip.

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, trail conditions, or other uncontrollable factors. Clients will be informed of major changes in advance whenever possible.

7. Passports and Visas

Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other entry requirements for Nepal.

8. Client Conduct

Clients must follow the guidance of their guide and respect local customs, traditions, and laws. Any behavior deemed dangerous or disruptive may result in removal from the trip without refund.

9. Use of Images

Summit Nepal Adventure may use photographs or videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please notify us in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Summit Nepal Adventure is not liable for delays, changes, or losses due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, flight cancellations, or government actions.

11. Complaints

If you have any issues during the trip, please inform your guide or our office immediately so we can address the matter promptly. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 15 days of trip completion.
