Today is another acclimatization day in Samdo. There are several short hikes you can do to help your body adjust to the altitude.
You can hike to the nearby glaciers or explore the surrounding hills.
The trek duration is 4-5 hours.
The trek from Samdo to Dharmasala is a challenging one, with a steep ascent to Larkya La Pass.
Larkya La Pass is the highest point of the Manaslu Circuit Trek, at an elevation of 5,160 meters.
The views from the pass are truly breathtaking but be prepared for the cold and windy conditions.
Today is the most challenging day of the trek. You will be crossing Larkya La Pass, the highest point of the trek.
The ascent to the pass is steep and can be tough, especially if you are not acclimatized properly.
You will be leaving the high mountains behind and entering the lower valleys.
The village of Tilije is located in a beautiful valley surrounded by rice terraces.
The trek from Tilije to Besisahar is a pleasant walk through forests and villages. Since during the trek we will descent all alongside the Dudh khola and certainly we will meet Annapurna circuit route. we then follow marsayangai River downstream to reach Besi sahar.
From Besi Sahar we will drive back to Kathmandu using private vehicles. we will follow Trishuli river and the drive is 7-8 hrs long.
